Lynette Morsell blends financial management and human resources skills to cultivate and implement smooth, efficient policies and procedures that benefit both Reingold clients and our own employees.

As a financial manager, Lynette processes Reingold's expenditures and client invoices, ensuring the accuracy of client codes, payment amounts, and other data. She consolidates this data for Reingold's financial reports and annual reports for submission to GSA and the D.C. Supply Schedule. In addition, Lynette instructs Reingold personnel in all administrative and financial management procedures.

Lynette manages Reingold's employee recruiting and conducts orientation for new employees—administering and counseling all employees on the firm's group benefits and retirement programs. She manages employee time and attendance and company payroll as well.
