Art Director

With a dual background in integrated marketing communications and graphic design, Michelle D’Cruz blends business savvy with creative flair—producing eye-catching, market-driven results. She is a critical thinker who takes a strategic approach to creative development. As an Art Director at Reingold, Michelle believes the best campaigns are built upon a foundation of creative insight and market awareness.

Her ability to unite creativity with outstanding messaging has been instrumental in the creation of numerous award-winning campaigns and initiatives. These range from early childhood development initiatives to collegial education programs and public health outreach.

Before joining Reingold, Michelle employed her skills as a marketing coordinator at a boutique communications design firm. There, she produced print collateral and marketing initiatives for multinational consumer-based clients. As a freelance graphic designer, she also engaged service-oriented clients aimed at the promotion of youth arts education, environmental awareness, and community AIDS outreach.

Michelle has bachelor’s degrees in both Marketing and Integrative Arts and an honors degree in Visual Arts from the Pennsylvania State University Schreyer Honors College.
