Valerie Marrapodi

Valerie Marrapodi is a marketing and
communications strategist and manager whose unparalleled customer
service produces outstanding client relationships. She has an
exceptional ability to not only understand but also anticipate our
clients' needs, guiding them through the process of strategic planning
and campaign execution with intelligence, insight, and good humor.
Valerie
has developed multimedia marketing and communications campaigns for a
wide variety of Reingold clients. She has spearheaded the complete
repositioning of The Boar's Head from a colonial inn to a luxury
resort, ushering in a new brand and customer-focused collateral with a
unified look and feel. For The George Washington University, Valerie
works with several departments to develop designs and copy for
brochures and websites that speak to their distinct audiences. She also
led the market research and creation of high-impact collateral for a
groundbreaking youth sports safety campaign launched by the American
Orthopaedic Society for Sports Medicine.

Reingold clients include the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban
Development, Social Enterprise Alliance, Home Service Franchising,
Tower Oaks Surgery Center, Chesapeake Bay Gateways Network, DuPont
Fabros, and agencies in Fairfax, Montgomery, Prince William, and
Arlington Counties.
Before joining Reingold, Valerie was a
senior communications manager for the Coalition for Community Pharmacy
Action, where she created and implemented marketing and
consumer/corporate healthcare outreach initiatives at both the state
and national levels. While there she successfully managed the
cooperation between a PR agency and the groups that made up the
Coalition for Community Pharmacy Action. Previously, she worked for the
National Association of Chain Drug Stores, developing and managing
media relations, drafting press releases, and serving as a spokesperson
for the association.
Valerie also was a marketing/sales
associate for the Corporate Executive Board, promoting the company's
products and services by initiating and maintaining relationships with
the chief information officers from Fortune 500 and Fortune 100
companies. She engaged key executives in professional dialogue through
creative communication strategies and conducted detailed market
research to learn about industry trends, standards, and practices.
Valerie
has a bachelor's degree in business management with a concentration in
marketing and a minor in public relations from Frostburg State
University (Maryland).
