Jeff Kelly

Director

Jeff Kelly works at the nexus of people, performance, and technology. He is passionate about using technology to improve organizational performance through blended learning programs, process re-engineering, change management, and collaborative community engagement platforms. After leading the national training program for environmental enforcement personnel at the Environmental Protection Agency, Jeff moved on to AOL to leverage cutting-edge online technology to support learning and performance improvement. His expertise includes instructional design, learning program delivery, software and Web application development, learning management systems development, organizational design, change management, writing, and public presentations.

At Reingold, Jeff applied his experience in the development of online communities to lead the strategic design of a social engagement platform for the American Society of Plastic Surgeons. Based on that successful rollout, he helped develop a community engagement portal to support the Health Informatics Initiative at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. Jeff leads instructional design and e-learning development for Reingold's engagement with the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality, converting the existing TeamSTEPPS curriculum into a robust distance-learning program consisting of e-learning modules, webinars, and online reference resources.

Before joining Reingold, Jeff worked extensively with Web 2.0 University, traveling the world to present workshops on social collaboration strategies to private and public organizations. As the principal solution designer at Concerted Solutions, Jeff developed and delivered scores of learning programs and performance improvement solutions for public and private sector clients.

Jeff has a bachelor's degree in biology from Purdue University and a master's degree in educational technology leadership from The George Washington University. A native of Michigan City, Ind., Jeff lives in Oak Hill, Va., with his wife and two children.
