Casey Foundation, Reingold co-authored The Indy Story: Urban Systems Reforms and Community Revitalization in Indianapolis During the Stephen Goldsmith Years (1992-1999). The monograph chronicles the successes and lessons learned in a city whose former mayor launched innovative and comprehensive urban systems reform, community building, and neighborhood revitalization initiatives. The Indy Report provides a concise overview of the significant reforms for those public officials, grassroots leaders, policymakers, and others wanting to learn the "Indy story."
