The Fannie Mae Foundation creates affordable homeownership and housing opportunities through innovative partnerships and initiatives that build healthy, vibrant communities across the United States. The Foundation is specially committed to improving the quality of life for the people of its hometown, Washington D.C., and to enhancing the livability of the city's neighborhoods. Our role. Reingold has helped the Fannie Mae Foundation evaluate and develop its key philanthropic priorities and strategies. We guided the Foundation’s strategic planning process, helped reshape its youth initiatives in the District of Columbia, and led efforts to build capacity internally and among grantees. We continue to strengthen the Foundation’s impacts in partnership with other grantmakers.
