Client
The U.S. State Department's Bureau of International Information Programs (IIP) created InfoUSA as a resource for people around the world who seek information about U.S. history, culture, economy, educational systems, political processes, and more.

Challenge
The bureau needed to organize and distribute the information in a user-friendly format for diverse multilingual and multicultural audiences.

Enter Reingold
We catalogued InfoUSA's materials and then redesigned its website and an interactive CD-ROM, including new content to showcase IIP's information. Through our navigation system, users can quickly find the information they seek on U.S. life, education, government, media, and economy—in 20 languages.

Results
By June 2007, Reingold had delivered 210,000 CDs to the Department of State for distribution to embassies worldwide.
