Founded by the first session of Congress in 1789, the U.S. Department of the Treasury has promoted economic prosperity and protected the financial security of the United States for more than 200 years. The department and its more than 100,000 employees strengthen our national security by managing the U.S. government's finances, promoting our nation's economic growth and stability, and ensuring the safety and soundness of U.S. and international financial systems.

Reingold helps Treasury tell its story, both internally and externally. At a time when the department needs to "win the war for talent," we developed a cohesive employee recruiting strategy that leverages the separate efforts of Treasury's bureaus. And we've worked with the IRS Media and Publications Office to improve its publishing, design and communications processes and better serve IRS employees and the public.
