Reingold built a public-facing brand and website for the American College of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology to educate prospective patients about allergies and asthma — and the value of a specialist’s care. The site includes a “Find an Allergist” tool that has connected more than 50,000 new patients to allergists nationwide.

Our Work Engages Clinicians


When health care providers seek expertise they join professional societies. When professional societies need experts they turn to Reingold. We know how providers work and create the tools they need to adapt to a changing health care delivery system and assert their position in the field.

After Reingold’s original research showed that only 44 percent of the public knows anesthesiologists are physicians, we worked with the American Society of Anesthesiologists to raise awareness of their essential role on surgical teams. Our “When Seconds Count” campaign’s award-winning videos, print and radio advertisements, and website are educating the public and policymakers about physician anesthesiologists’ life-saving work.

Our Work Advances e-Health


As the model of health care delivery changes, so too must the technology that supports it. Providers and patients are connecting in new and innovative ways — online and through mobile health.

As VA modernized the electronic health record system to better support its Patient Aligned Care Teams, Reingold fostered critical dialogue between IT developers and clinicians to advance the effort. Their input improved the creation and execution of mobile applications, telemedicine, and e-health technologies.

Our Work Demystifies Insurance


New health care exchanges and mandates under the Affordable Care Act can make it more confusing than ever for consumers to pick the right plan. Reingold cuts through the clutter so patients can focus on what matters most — their health.

Reingold worked with CareConnect, a rapidly expanding, provider-owned insurance company that focuses on the customer experience as much as the bottom line. We conducted digital outreach and redeveloped CareConnect’s website to help consumers navigate their options and simplify enrollment.

When the Department of Veterans Affairs put patient-centered care at the heart of its reorganization, Reingold found a way to connect more than 330,000 health care professionals. In partnership with Jive, we’re rolling out a collaborative clinical platform across 152 VA medical centers and 1,400 outpatient centers.
